Our Prices include VAT. If you are resident of a non-EU country the items you buy are exempt of the VAT.

The cost for handling, packaging and shipping, unless otherwise expressly agreed, will be charged separately.

Deliveries are from Bielefeld, Germany. Generally we ship with GLS or with the Deutsche Post AG, to the address provided.

Deliveries will normally take place from Monday to Friday in working hours.

The purchaser must ensure that the carrier is able to deliver to the given address within these timings, and that there is someone to receive and sign for the delivery, otherwise please supply us another address (i.e. workplace). Shipment to post boxes is not possible.

Provided that the products are available, we will dispatch within 7 days after receipt of payment. If delayed, you will be notified by us via e-mail. For any partial deliveries you incur no additional costs.

The cost of shipping will depend on the target country. Please refer to the following table for items up to 5Kg. *

Please note that this price covers packing materials, handling and carriage charge.

* with the exception of small replacement parts i.e. O-rings, standard bulbs etc, these will be dispatched per letter post at a charge of starting at 5.00 Euros for the EU and recalculated for other countries outside the EU.

If the delivery is within the EU there are no further costs involved. The price shown in the basket is the final price including shipment and taxes.

However, if the delivery is to a non-EU European country (i.e.: Norway, Switzerland, etc) when receiving products from the EU there are no additional charges, but there might be local fees/taxes that must be paid on delivery. In these cases is better to check with the local authorities or Chamber of Commerce for further information.

Returns Policy

Please read letter enclosed with order and follow the instructions.

Although a lot of thought and every effort have been made to get this first class product to you, it may be necessary for some reason or another, that you have to return it to us, this should happen in accordance with the following criteria:

“The purchaser has a “cooling off” period of 7 working days from the day after the date of receipt of the goods, that means that if you decide to cancel the order or return the goods for any reason whatsoever you are required, within 7 working days to inform Alan Buckwell, in writing, by fax or by email, your intention of returning the goods, telephone is not enough. On cancellation of the contract the purchaser is under obligation to restore (return) the goods to the supplier at the purchasers cost, and in the meantime take reasonable care of them.”

This service is conducted in accordance with:

“The Consumer Protection (distant selling) regulations 2000-Dti”

This right will have been fulfilled if you return the goods before the expiry of this period.

Please note it is necessary that you have our confirmation of receipt of your e-mail or fax, for the returns to be acknowledged and processed.

P&P will only be refunded if the goods are faulty or are not as ordered.
